A valve failure in our pool equipment room sent water flooding into the adjacent storage room, ruining stored furniture and soaking into the concrete slab beneath the flooring above. Because the space was semi enclosed, humidity built up fast. Green Planet Restoration of San Diego brought in commercial dehumidification equipment sized for the space and had it dry within days instead of the weeks I was bracing for. I'd like to say this is the first time I've used green planet restoration for a property. I manage and they came out the next day. Sent a gentleman by the name of arthuro and he was very knowledgeable and explained to the renters that there was no mold and gave them peace or mine. I wish every company was this easy to deal with.
